By accessing or using Genragous, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. You also agree to binding arbitration and waive any class action rights. You consent to monitoring and moderation of platform activity.

Key terms: "Company" means My Peaceful Perspective LLC. "Platform" means Genragous. "Mentor" means a user approved for monetization. "Artificial Engagement" means bots, purchased views, or any coordinated manipulation of metrics.

Who can use Genragous:

• Users must be at least 13 years old
• Mentors must be at least 18 years old
• Platform is available globally, subject to regional restrictions
• The Company may request government-issued ID at any time
• Failure to verify identity may result in account suspension

The Company reserves full authority over all accounts and content on the platform. We may suspend, terminate, shadow-ban, demonetize, or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice. No user has a right to continued access.

All platform code, branding, systems, and design belong exclusively to My Peaceful Perspective LLC. You retain ownership of the content you create and publish.

By publishing on Genragous, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, promote, modify, and create derivative works from your content for platform and promotional purposes.

Downloads of content are permitted for personal use only. Commercial reuse is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Company does not guarantee continuous operation, security, accuracy, or earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company from any claims arising from your content, your violations, or your monetization activity. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by war, sanctions, natural disasters, or infrastructure failure.

When you use Genragous, we collect the following categories of information:

We process your data under the following legal bases: contract performance, legitimate business interest (fraud prevention, analytics, platform integrity), legal compliance, and user consent where required.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors, analytics providers, and hosting services — under contractual safeguards
• Advertising networks — for contextual and behavioral ad targeting
• Law enforcement — only in response to lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders
• Acquiring entities — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

Data is stored on servers in the United States. Users outside the US acknowledge that data may be transferred internationally.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate information
• Right to request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To qualify and remain eligible for the Monetization Program, a Mentor must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain a minimum of 10,000 followers
• Generate at least 500,000 valid post views within the most recent 30-day period
• Publish original video content at least one (1) minute in length
• Maintain full compliance with Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Reside outside of any Restricted Regions
• Successfully complete identity and payment verification

Eligibility thresholds may be modified at the Company's discretion. Existing Mentors will not be retroactively penalized unless violations occur.

Approved Mentors are eligible to receive 25% of Net Eligible Advertising Revenue generated from qualifying content. Net revenue is calculated after deducting payment processing fees, platform operational costs, ad network fees, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud adjustments.

Earnings are based on valid ad impressions, geographic ad value, brand safety rating, content category, and advertiser demand. No specific earnings are guaranteed.

Artificial engagement is strictly prohibited. This includes purchasing views, using bots, click farms, engagement pods, or any coordinated manipulation. Violations may result in monetization suspension, reversal of earnings, permanent forfeiture of unpaid revenue, and account termination.

Mentors are independent contractors — no employment relationship exists. Mentors are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT/GST, and local reporting requirements. The Company does not withhold taxes unless required by law.

• Mentorship and community-building
• Constructive political and civic discussion
• Respectful religious and philosophical dialogue
• Inspirational storytelling and lived experience

The following are strictly not allowed on Genragous:

• Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or identity
• Harassment, bullying, or targeting of individuals
• Abusive, profane, or threatening language
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors
• Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive content
• Artificial engagement or metric manipulation
• Coordinated negativity campaigns

Political and religious content is permitted provided it is respectful, does not incite violence, and avoids harassment or misinformation campaigns.

The Company reserves sole discretion in all enforcement decisions and is not obligated to explain individual moderation actions.

Genragous maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any exploitation, grooming, or sexual content involving minors. Violations will be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required. The platform employs message monitoring, content pre-moderation, reporting tools, and abuse detection systems to protect younger users.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on Genragous without authorization, you may submit a written DMCA notice. A valid notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
• URL or specific location of the infringing material on the platform
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notices must identify the removed material and include a statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court.

Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated without notice. The Company reserves discretion in determining what constitutes repeat infringement.

All Genragous subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Company. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Advertising purchases and boosted post fees
• Monetization earnings and promotional credits
• Fees associated with fraud investigations or policy violations

Where required by consumer protection law, mandatory refund rights will be honored. The Company may modify this policy at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

To protect platform integrity and comply with financial regulations, Mentors applying for monetization may be required to provide:

• Government-issued identification document
• Facial verification for identity confirmation
• Payment processor KYC/KYB documentation
